Below is a response I posted to a blog posting today – it was titled “Fragmentation Leads to Stress”. I discovered this posting thanks to a Twitter friend of mine, @EFTCoachJane, who so kindly Tweeted the link this morning. Thanks Jane! My Response:
What a fascinating blog/article. Very well written and well put. Ever since hearing the term WYSIWYG, I have always referred to myself as a WYSIWYG - because I am myself in all moments, in all places. Some people like it and some don't, but that's the way it is with life, isn't it? I realized at one point while climbing the ladder in corporate america, that I was losing this and was beginning to do the compartmentalization of life at home and life at work - and guess what? I began to feel out of sorts, not in alignment with who I am. So I decided that, even though I am an executive in corporate america, I must stay true to being myself in all moments, in all that I do and truly practicing all that I do in business through my true aligned and non-fragmented self. And what resulted was even greater success in business, in my career progression - with even faster results than ever before. Reading your post today, reminded me of that experience and I am so grateful to be able to share this experience with you and your readers. Thank you and many blessings.
Love, peace and joy

Accepting Responsibility
Yesterday I Twittered an inspired thought that occurred to me. It’s not a new thought or idea – in the moment, it just felt right to post. Heck it was even liked enough to be Re-Tweeted a few times.
The Tweet said, “Everything you see in life around you (the outside) is a reflection of what is on the inside-take responsibility #LOA #hooponopono”. After I posted it on Twitter, I had another inspiration to write a blog posting about what I mean by this thought. Thus, here we are.
You must take responsibility for everything that happens in your life – everything. What does this really mean? I recently read of this concept in Joe Vitale’s book, “Zero Limits” that he wrote in conjunction with Dr. Hew Len. Now, this was not the first time I had heard this, but the many times I heard it before, I would think to myself – I’m not responsible for things that happen outside of me in the world – it’s not my fault, the world is out to get me – that’s such a huge responsibility and burden on me – what do you mean it’s my responsibility? What I know for sure is that this time there was an aha moment because this time it resonated with me at a whole new level. I felt empowered, I felt energized, I understood that what I think/believe on the inside is a reflection of what I receive/experience on the outside, I got it!
Since reading “Zero Limits” I have become a practitioner and student of both Law of Attraction and Ho’oponopono to better understand why I suddenly had a knowing that we must accept and take responsibility for ourselves, our thoughts, our patterns, our choices, our actions – all of it. What I have come to realize is that what we think and believe has such incredible power – yet, most of the time, we don’t give that the true respect and acknowledgement it deserves. It is from these thoughts and beliefs within ourselves that influence the life around us, the life that is external to our physical being.
I have also become aware that we have two levels of thoughts/beliefs – the conscious and the subconscious. Both are important, but it is typically the subconscious that trips us up in life. We may consciously believe that we want more money, a better job, a loving relationship – yet subconsciously we don’t fully believe that we deserve it or can have it. So what happens? We stay stagnant, we don’t get more money, we don’t find the love of our life, etc.
In my studies and practice of Law of Attraction and Ho’oponopono principles, I have come to learn that we must listen to and be aware of our thoughts/beliefs on both levels – this means opening to a new awareness of self. I am the first to admit, there is nothing easy about re-programming ourselves and our patterns – I mean, it has taken me over 40 years and probably more than one lifetime to learn some of the bad habits and patterns that have become the norm in my life – so I accept that I cannot simply snap my fingers and change things overnight – it takes discipline, a willingness to surrender and let go of ego, and practice, practice, practice – but it works! I am experiencing some of the most amazing events occurring in my life right now – a new job, new contracts for my husband’s company, starting my own business, multiple sources of income, and more – all this abundance despite the news of sagging economies, unemployment, etc.
I choose to acknowledge and accept responsibility, to live in gratitude and to put my trust and faith into my inspired knowing of the importance to surround myself with the positive power of my thoughts/beliefs to manifest the life I want and be the co-creator of that life, working in partnership with the Divine/Universe. Thank you.

Law of Attraction - Missing Secrets
Please click the title of this Blog posting to check out the article and information presented by Mark Joyner of Simpleology. Mark Joyner interviews Joe Vitale (someone I admire and appreciate very much). These are lengthy interviews, however they are very worth your time as they are incredibly insightful.
On a side note, Mark Joyner is launching a new training series about Law of Attraction (LOA) that he has developed with Joe Vitale. These interviews relate to the launch of this training series - I appreciate that there is also wonderful overall information contained in the interviews.
Thanks to Mark Joyner and Joe Vitale for the wonderful work you do to help others awaken on their path in life.
Enjoy.
Love, peace and joy
